As many of you know, I bought a house in 2013, which at times feels like a lifetime ago. Plus, I did it at age 26, when it felt like NO ONE my age was buying homes. Now that I'm in my 30's, it feels like my friends, and millennials, in general, are aging into the market a little bit more. Still, with recent interest rate hikes and a lot of political and market uncertainty, many may feel overwhelmed and confused on where to begin when they begin to consider buying a home in 2017.

    I am a big believer in real estate as as investment, and there are so many great directions from this single list of posts! My fave real estate tip is to never spend what your lender says you can! If you can get a loan for $500,000, look for a house closer to the $350-$400K range. N one wants to be the “house poor” girl!

    I love real estate and when I worked as realtor my suggestion was to go to bank to know the exactly amount of mortage then second visit on rainy day to favorite home and then another visit wirh tech…. However I am agree with your tips
